Description Climbing pyramid with a central mast standing on a special mounting plate screwed to foundation concrete blocks (mast is not concreted in the ground). It consists also of two platforms and four guy lines. The pyramid is dedicated for installation on at least 40cm sand layer as a final surface. The pyramid is equipped with rope tension adjustment using safe tensioners and safety rope (protection in case of breaking or cutting the construction rope) at each anchor. For the safety of users, all ropes are made of polyester and have a thickness of 20 mm. The construction ropes have no connectors and run as one piece from the anchor through the top of the mast to the opposite anchor. Crossing ropes are connected by means of factory-pressed aluminium balls, which do not require any screws to be screwed into them (which weakens the ropes and poses a risk of injury to users). The device includes 1 construction mast with a diameter of 139,7 mm finished with a plug with eyelets for interlacing construction ropes, 1 mounting plate on which the mast is placed (concreting masts in the ground is not allowed), Multi-directional rope net, where both the construction ropes and the internal net, for safety reasons, are made of polyester and have a thickness of 20 mm. The construction ropes run without any connectors as one piece from the anchor through the top of the mast to the opposite anchor. It is also not allowed to use plastic connectors or wire braid (e.g. in the form of cloverleaf, forgings, etc.), 2 flexible platforms in black colour with holes through which the construction mast passes. The platforms are made of a 3-layer rubber-textile material with a thickness of 10 mm. Safe rope tensioners that connect all construction ropes to anchors and allow rope tension to be adjusted. Piramido Q 45 består av flera material (galvaniserat stål, pulverlackat stål, hdpe-plast, polyamidrep med stålkärna, betong) valt för långsiktig hållbarhet i offentlig miljö. Produkten är konstruerad för att tåla svenska klimatväxlingar och daglig användning på skolgårdar, parker och förskolor.
Mast gjord av stålrör, korrosionsskyddat och pulverlackerat (10 färger att välja mellan). Mastdiameter: Ø139,7 mm, mastväggtjocklek: 4,85 mm. Av statiska skäl är det inte tillåtet att gjuta fast masten i marken. Varje mast är försedd med en propp med öglor för sammanflätning av konstruktionsrep.; Av säkerhetsskäl har alla rep (dvs. både strukturella och interna) en tjocklek på 20 mm och är gjorda av förstärkt polyestermaterial. De består av en kärna och 6 förstärkta trådar som omsluter den. Repen är UV-resistenta och flamskyddade - vilket säkerställer säkerhet och färgstabilitet i många år. Konstruktionsrep löper utan någon koppling som ett stycke från förankringen genom toppen av masten till motsatt förankring. På toppen av pyramiden är repen sammanflätade under mastproppen, vilket garanterar deras säkra fästning. Det är inte tillåtet att kapa repen och fästa dem på toppen av masten, t.ex. med kauscher eller andra fästanordningar. Repen i det interna nätverket fyller jämnt hela pyramidens utrymme (inte bara ytan på de solida och platta interna plattformarna). Rep kan tillverkas i 6 olika färger.; Repkopplingar, placerade där repen korsas, i form av fabrikspressade aluminiumkulor eller kopplingar som inte kräver att skruvar skruvas in i repen (vilket försvagar repen och utgör en risk för skada på användare). Det är också inte tillåtet att använda plastkopplingar eller trådfläta (t.ex. i form av klöverblad, smide, etc.), vilket garanterar användarnas säkerhet - eliminerar möjligheten till skada.; 2 flexibla plattformar i svart färg med hål genom vilka konstruktionsmasten passerar. Plattformarna är gjorda av ett 3-lagers gummi-textilmaterial med en tjocklek på 10 mm. Plattformarna är kopplade till repen med aluminiumkopplingar.; Nätet är fäst i marken med hjälp av spänningsreglerande skruvar och förankringar placerade i betongfundament. Varmförzinkat stål har 50-80 års praktisk livslängd i offentlig miljö. Zinkskiktet självreparerar små repor. Bättringsfärg kan användas på större skadade ytor — kontakta oss för matchande RAL-kod till befintlig produkt.
Pulverlackat stål har en hård, slittålig yta som klarar UV-strålning och nederbörd. Inspektera årligen för flagor — vid behov kan området slipas och pulverlackas på plats av fackman. Färgkoder lagras i vår orderhistorik för enkel matchning.
HDPE (high-density polyethylene) är UV-stabiliserat och färgintegrerat genom hela materialet — inga repor, inga skavmärken syns. Materialet är 100 % återvinningsbart. Rengör med vatten och milt rengöringsmedel. Tål -40 °C till +80 °C utan deformation.
Repkonstruktioner består av polyamidfiber spunnen runt en stålkärna — kombinationen ger både flexibilitet och brottsäkerhet. Inspektera kvartalsvis för synliga stålfibrer (slitenhetsindikator) — vid stålvisning ska repet bytas. Kontakta oss för ersättningsdelar.
Betongfundament är permanenta och kräver ingen skötsel. Inspektera årligen för synliga sprickor i betongytan ovanför markytan — sprickor djupare än 5 mm bör åtgärdas av fackman.
